This week on DOstamper stars Thursday Challenge, we have a Home Sweet Home Picture:
The main ingredients that I see, are butterflies, bubbles and ferns. So here is my creation:
Ingredients to make this card:
Stamp Sets = Watercolor Wings, and Butterfly Basics
Punches = 1" Circle, 1 1/2" Circle, Elegant Butterfly, Bitty Butterfly
Cardstock = Thick Whisper White (card base), Very Vanilla
Inks = Marina Mist, Memento Black, Pear Pizzazz, and So Saffron
Techniques = Sponging, Collage, second and third Generation stamping, "Under Punching/Cutting"*
*This is my own term to describe not cutting/punching out a full image. (i.e. I stamped the regular size butterflies from the stamp sets, but used a smaller punch to get just a hint of the design) Is there a "real" term out there for this technique?
Extras = Stampin' Dimensionals, Glue Dots
Here are the creations of my fellow Stars:

Angela, I love how the butterflies are mounted...never would have thought of that, going to have to try that. Great card!

What a great idea to stamp one size of a butterfly and reducing it in size by using a smaller punch and retaining the stamped design! Will definitely keep this in mind when I need a smaller size butterfly. Thanks Angela😊

Really pretty card and I love how you punched the butterflies. Would you consider adding the gadget/widget that allows someone to follow by email subscription. It makes it so much easier to follow a favored blog when new posts come right into one's inbox. Thanks.
