Here is a new kind of hop! Our Thursday Challenge is now on (every other) Saturday. Today we are working with the technique called, "Chevron Folding".
Outside
Inside (and envelope flap).
The technique involves cutting (at least) five strips of double sided designer series paper into 1" x 2 1/2" strips, and then folding these on the ends. Three right to left, and two left to right. There are plenty of tutorials out there that can explain the technique much better than I can.
Here is my recipe:
Card stock = Whisper White, Shaded Spruce, Granny Apple Green, Blushing Bride (scrap), Tropical Escape Designer Series Paper
Ink = Momento Black, Basic Black Marker
Stamp set = So Hoppy Together (SAB)
Sizzix dies = Hop Around Framelits (SAB), Tropical Thinlits, Layered Square Framelits
Other = Whisper White medium envelope, Stampin' Dimensionals, googlie eyes (7 mm)
Thanks for stopping, have fun hopping!
Angela
